Consent for Participation in Testimonials & Videos

I hereby grant KleenGard permission to record and use my statements, reviews and likeness (including video footage and photographs) in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media platforms, websites and other marketing channels.

I understand that my participation is voluntary, and I agree that KleenGard may use, edit and distribute the content captured during the video shoot for the purpose of promoting KleenGard’s products and services. I acknowledge that my image, voice and written reviews may be viewed by the public and that KleenGard reserves the right to use the content indefinitely.

I confirm that I have read and understood this consent form, and I agree to participate under the terms outlined above.
